With over a decade of hands-on experience fueling elite athletes, Chef Jayla is a seasoned Sports Performance Chef recognized for delivering customized, performance-driven cuisine to top-tier professional teams across the NFL, NBA, and NWSL.

She completed two successful seasons with the Houston Texans, working closely with Performance Dietitian Ladd Harris to support player recovery, stamina, and game-day readiness through strategic nutrition.

Her expertise extended into the NBA with the Houston Rockets, where she collaborated with renowned Player Development Coach Irving Roland to design meals that aligned with the individualized needs of high-performance athletes.

Currently in her eighth consecutive season with the Houston Dash (NWSL), Chef Jayla continues to play a pivotal role in athlete performance and recovery. She works hand-in-hand with Sports Dietitian Christina Curry King to develop tailored menus that meet the rigorous demands of elite women’s soccer on both national and international stages.

Chef Jayla’s culinary style blends scientific precision with creative flair, crafting flavorful, nutrient-rich meals that meet the unique metabolic demands of professional athletes. Her unwavering commitment to excellence has established her as a trusted leader in sports performance nutrition.
